Run, swim, strength & meditate — every metric an instrument, not a feed. Tap-to-count laps, GPS routes, voice logging, Strava & Whoop sync. One screen, total telemetry.
No mode-switching, no separate apps. The dash reconfigures to the sport — and every number is mono, tabular, scannable at a glance.
The app counts for you. A 168px volt lap button, splits rolling in live with a number-tick you feel. One thumb, zero menus.
Live geolocation on a near-black Leaflet map, your route drawn in volt with round caps as you move. Distance, pace, elevation.
Lap-length aware. Tap each wall, distance = lengths × pool length. Pace and splits without the spreadsheet.
Built for the 400m. Tap each lap, distance computes itself, splits stack so you can see the fade — or the negative split.
Sets, reps, load, RPE, volume. PR detection auto-fires and the readout flips to volt the moment you break one.
"Easy 8k, last k hard." It parses pace, distance and intent into structured splits. Talk or type — don't tap.
Sport breakdown, streak, and your sleep, resting HR & weight from Terra. One weekly time goal drives a target ring that scales to Day, Week, Month, Season.
Every session grouped by day with a thin sport-hue bar, mono duration and distance. A real log, not a social feed.
Two-way via Strava + Terra. Sleep, resting HR, steps, weight and routes flow in; your sessions flow out. One source of truth.
Every mark you set is measured against the marquee marks — world records and elite standards. See the gap close, set by set, season by season. Your rival is the best who ever did it.
The lap engine reshapes to where you train. Pull each one apart — surface, lanes, splits, live — and you see exactly what the timer is counting.
Your weekly target, the sport mix, sleep, resting HR and your streak — read it like a dash the second you wake up.
Elite isn't only the workout. FitStack reads your daily body metrics, guides your breath, and keeps your training music in one place.
Strava is a friendly feed. Whoop is a clinic. FitStack is a race dash for your body: calm, dark, fast. The volt accent is reserved — live state, PRs, your streak. Nothing decorative. Every session reads straight onto the body you're building — see exactly which muscles you worked.
No tiers, no per-sport upsells, no ads. The whole instrument — every discipline, every screen — for one flat price.
Mobile-first PWA today, native iOS next. Bring your sports.
FitStack is built so the data is yours. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
Your account details (email and display name); the training you log (sessions, distances, durations, paces, heart rate, strength sets, breathing sessions); and the daily metrics you choose to sync from Strava and Whoop via Terra — sleep, resting heart rate, steps and weight.
Only to run the app for you: to show your dashboard, compute trends and streaks, score your weekly goal, and surface your gap to benchmark marks. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.
Service providers that make the product work: Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (billing — they receive payment details, never us), and Strava/Terra only to pull the metrics you connect. Nothing else leaves FitStack.
You can export every session at any time, disconnect a sync source in one tap, and delete your account — which permanently removes your data from our systems.

Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, and don't use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
FitStack reports the numbers you and your devices record. It is not a substitute for professional medical or training advice. Train at your own risk and consult a professional before major changes.
